Shipping Policy

Processing time: 

3-8 days (this is the time required to process the order from the time you place your order to the time the order is dispatched.)If we cannot process within this time frame we will contact the customer to give the customer the option of waiting or cancelling the order.

Shipping:

All items are shipped from global fulfilment centres. International Deliveries are sent via courier with tracking, courier method determined by the destination country.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes: 

Please note that international orders may be delayed at customs.  Import duties and taxes at the destination country may apply at an extra cost to the buyer.  Any customs and import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for information about current customs charges before placing your order.
